Hi, I'm Akash Yaduvanshi and Welcome to Indian Strength.

I'm a Strength Athlete, Entrepreneur, and Fitness Coach with an obsession to be the best version of myself and also help others for the same so that they can achieve the body of their dreams.I started Indian Strength in 2017 as a way to help others get fit and healthy through online transformation program. I've worked with thousands of people since then and I'm happy that I was able to make such a big difference in people's lives.
